Thank you for shopping at Artweir.in. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, we offer a simple and fair exchange or refund process, subject to the terms below:


Eligibility for Exchange

  1. You may initiate an exchange within 1 day of delivery.
  2. Only damaged or defective items upon arrival are eligible for exchange.
    Partial or entire kits will not be exchanged unless there is a clear quality issue with the specific item(s).

How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Contact us at contact@artweir.in within 1 day of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and images of the damaged/defective item(s).
  3. Our team will review the case and guide you through the return process with a return authorization and instructions.
  4. In rare cases where the full kit is found damaged/defective, we will issue a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Return Shipping

  • Artweir will bear the return shipping cost for damaged or defective products.
  • If the product was undelivered due to customer unavailability and returned to origin (RTO), the customer must pay the re-shipping charges.

Refunds

  • If an item becomes out of stock after order placement, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.
  • If delivery is not possible to your location due to logistics issues, a full refund will also be processed within 7 working days.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
  • If you no longer wish to receive the order, do not accept the delivery. Once the parcel is returned to us, 70% of the order value will be refunded within 7 working days.
